VideoVision

Terms of service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to VideoVision AI Kit (“the kit”), sold by VideoVision (“we”). By buying or using the kit you accept them.

Who sells it

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What you buy

A one-time payment ($30 at launch, plus taxes where they apply) gives you a personal licence to use the kit, a software kit that your own AI assistant (Claude or OpenAI Codex/ChatGPT) runs on your Mac or Windows computer to make animated videos. The licence includes the method updates our server provides while the product is offered.

What you need

The kit needs a computer, an internet connection, your own paid AI subscription and your own voice account (ElevenLabs or Cartesia). Those services are sold and billed by their providers under their own terms; they are not part of this purchase.

Your licence

Your videos

The videos you make with the kit are yours, including for commercial use. You are responsible for what they say and for respecting the terms of the AI and voice services you use (for example, commercial use of a voice may need a paid voice plan). The kit’s sound effects are public domain (CC0) and its fonts are under the SIL Open Font License.

Refunds

All sales are final: the kit and its key are delivered the moment you pay. Refunds are given only where the law requires them, as our refund policy explains.

No guarantee of results

We work hard on the quality of the videos, but we cannot promise views, followers or income. The kit is provided “as is”, to the extent the law allows, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
